Do Not Call Features:

• Do Not Call List Scrubbing
This feature lets you purge or flag any consumers’ DNC phone numbers on your calling lists that appear on state, federal and internal “Do Not Call” lists. DNCInteractive can process large calling lists — even a million records — within just a few minutes. Individuals can use the DNCQuickcheck feature to type or “cut & paste” small lists of phone numbers and verify whether or not a number appears on any relevant Do Not Call lists.

• Internal Do Not Call List Management
The state and federal laws require telemarketers and their customers to collect and avoid calling any phone numbers of consumers who request to be put on their DNC lists for a period of 5 years. You can use DNCInteractive to collect and maintain your internal and multiple customer-based DNC databases and use them all to purge relevant DNC numbers from your outbound calling campaigns.

• Employee Training On Do Not Call Laws
Comply with the Federal mandate to train your calling agents on the correct procedures for complying with the Do Not Call laws. (Some states also have a training requirement.) DNCInteractive includes a focused and concise online training and reporting tool to meet the requirements of these laws.

• Do Not Call Policy Creation & Fulfillment
Under federal and some state laws, consumers may request a copy of your Do Not Call policy. DNCInteractive provides a Policy Wizard that walks you through the steps necessary to create your company’s “Do Not Call” policy. Your calling staff may then request that a copy of the company's DNC Policy be mailed to the consumer automatically. DNCInteractive then sends the policy to the consumer, and logs that the request has been completed.

• Document Archiving
Comply with record-keeping requirements by permanently and safely storing scripts, ad copy, promotional offers, and other campaign materials in the DNCInteractive document repository. Any file stored on your computer or network can be uploaded and stored in your campaign folders on the secure DNCSolution web site.

• Compliance Reporting
DNCInteractive logs all of your compliance activities including DNC Policy creation, agent training, list scrubbing, internal DNC list maintenance, and storage of campaign records. Reports may be printed and third parties may inspect your records with your permission. This helps fulfill the "Do Not Call" requirements of the COPC-2000 standard and provides the documentation necessary to provide a safe harbor defense against potential DNC-related compliance violations.
