PossibleNOW Offers Free Webinar On Understanding Compliance Risks In Business-to-Business Marketing

DULUTH, GA – February 16, 2009 – PossibleNOW, the leading provider of privacy solutions including Do Not Call compliance, is holding a free Webinar that explains what direct marketers must understand when making sales calls to businesses.

The educational Webinar, scheduled for 2 pm EST on Thursday, March 5, will explain the rules for B2B marketing including what direct marketers must do to comply and to create a defendable position.

The Webinar, which will last about 30 to 45 minutes, is open to sellers who conduct their own telemarketing as well as to their outsourced telemarketing firms.

"Our experience indicates that many business-to-business marketers think that their calling campaigns are exempt from the Do Not Call rules," says Tim Muenchen, PossibleNOW's Vice President of Sales. "However, that is not always true. There are some exceptions and there are also some state restrictions on B2B sales calls. Our Webinar will explain the rules, what B2B marketers must do to comply and what actions they must take to create a defendable position."
