Here’s how to subscribe to DNCSolution.
Contact a PossibleNOW account representative
by completing and submitting the form below. We’ll contact
you to review the solutions that are appropriate to your calling
environment. Or, call us at (800) 585-4888 or (770) 255-1020 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm
Eastern Time.
After the consultation, you will be e-mailed
the appropriate Service Agreement and Customer Order forms.
Complete these forms, sign and return them via
fax to PossibleNOW. Our fax number is (770) 255-1025.
Upon receipt of the completed Service Agreement
and Customer Order form, we’ll schedule your User Training
session. We’ll also send you a user’s manual.
This process generally takes less than two business
days.
Training
Your satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth start, we require
all new users to complete a DNCSolution training session. The training is
conducted via the phone and Internet. The training includes information on
how to set up your DNCSolution account and utilize all the features of the
system. The training takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour. Trainings
are held daily.
You will receive a training schedule and user’s
manual upon account set-up.
